History of creation

The Mogilev Regional Trust for the Production of Irrigation, Cultural, Technical and Water Management Works (Oblmeliotrest) as an independent organization was established on August 1, 1959 on the basis of the Belarusian, Beresnevskaya, Vysokovskaya, Gorskaya, Mogilev and Bobruisk machine and reclamation stations.

Its formation took place in several stages. In February 1966, Klichevskaya, Osipovichi and Cherikovskaya organizations were organized, in May 1968 - Goretskaya, Chausskaya, in June of the same year - Mogilev, in December 1970 - Krasnopolskaya, in September 1971 - Slavgorodskaya and Khotimskaya, in March 1972 - Kruglyanskaya.

The trust was finally formed when Bykhovskaya PMK-19, Klimovichskaya PMK-21 and Shklovskaya PMK-31 were transferred to its structure.

In 1959 - 1960, the trust was subordinate to the Main Directorate of Land Reclamation and Water Resources under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Byelorussian SSR, from May 1961 - to the Main Directorate of Land Reclamation and Water Resources under the Council of Ministers of the Byelorussian SSR, and from October 1965 - to the Ministry of Land Reclamation and Water Resources of the BSSR.

In accordance with the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the USSR of January 8, 1985 No. 33, the Mogilevvodstroy trust was transferred from the jurisdiction of the Minvodkhoz of the BSSR to the direct subordination of the Glavpolesvodstroy of the USSR Ministry of Land Reclamation and Water Resources.

Since January 1990, the Mogilevvodstroy trust was reorganized into a design and construction association (PSO Mogilevvodstroy) by order of the Ministry of Land Reclamation and Water Resources of the USSR No. 344 dated December 22, 1989, and since April 1994 PSO Mogilevvodstroy has been transformed into an open joint-stock company (OJSC "Mogilevvodstroy"), which is part of the concern "Belmeliovodkhoz" of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus.

Over the years, experienced, skillful managers, talented production organizers have worked at the head of the trust, who have made a worthy and significant contribution to the formation and development of the reclamation industry and subordinate organizations. These are: Kolbasin M.A., Lipinsky B.N., Verbitsky M.A., Kopytov V.F., Delyatnik A.Ya., Bazylev V.D., Basyukevich A.P.

From July 3, 1991 JSC "Mogilevvodstroy" was headed by Shkradyuk Nikolai Semenovich, preserving and continuing the best traditions of his predecessors. On December 1, 2003 JSC "Mogilevvodstroy" was renamed into JSC "Holding Mogilevvodstroy".

Since January 2011, Yevgeny Konstantinovich Zyuzin has been in charge of Mogilevvodstroy Holding OJSC. The Holding included 20 joint-stock companies and 2 structural subdivisions: a central repair shop and a mechanical team operating outside the Republic of Belarus in the city of Usinsk, Russian Federation.

Since November 14, 2012, the Holding has been headed by acting. General Director Khamitsevich Valery Viktorovich.
On December 26, 2012, the organization was renamed into Mogilevvodstroy Holding Management Company OJSC.
