THE MAIN ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF QUALITY:

1. · Satisfying the requirements and wishes of Customers and Consumers due to the high quality of design, construction and installation works, technical supervision in construction, provision of services for the repair of vehicles, construction machines and mechanisms, technological equipment and mechanization.
2. · Making a profit, which guarantees the development of the organization and the improvement of the well-being of each employee.

QUALITY OBJECTIVES AND WAYS TO ACHIEVE THEM:

1. · Development, implementation and ensuring the effective functioning of the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2001.
2. · Continuous improvement of performance by managing activities and related resources as processes, a systematic approach to management.
3. · Ensuring quality in every process, at every stage, which will achieve defect-free production and rational use of resources.
4. · Continuous analysis of activities, prevention and identification of non-compliances with the elimination of their causes.
5. · Continuous analysis of the degree of customer satisfaction.
6. · Performance by each employee of their work with high professional skill in strict accordance with legislative and mandatory requirements, focusing on the principle: to accept and transfer only high-quality work.
7. · Carrying out activities to improve the professional skills of all personnel on the basis of a continuous process of retraining and advanced training.
8. · Organization of work to ensure the quality of work, providing for a clearly regulated responsibility of all personnel, based on the use of moral and material incentives to work.
9. · Building relationships with suppliers based on respect, trust, mutual understanding and cooperation.

The management of the organization takes responsibility for providing resources for the implementation of the Quality Policy, the functioning and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system.

This "Quality Policy" is distributed and is mandatory for all structural divisions of JSC "Management Company of Holding" Mogilevvodstroy ".
