The beginning of the history of OJSC "PMK-94.Vodstroy" was laid in 1961. The first organization was the Mstislav SMU, which after fourteen years of work was transformed into PMK-83. Subsequently (1985), it was reformed into PMK-94 Mogilevvodstroy, and in 2002 into OJSC PMK-94.Vodstroy.

During the existence of the enterprise, 536 kilometers of an open drainage network have been built, 8,200 kilometers of drainage have been laid. Farmers of the Mstislavsky district were given 10436, and Krichevsky - 3000 hectares of drained land. In addition, reclamators built 8 ponds, the largest of them (68 ha.) - in the village of Andrany.
