The organization has gone through a number of transformations over its history. In February 1975 the former SMU, on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Water Resources of the BSSR, was renamed PMK-84, and a year later - PMK-95. In October 1991, by order of PSO Mogilevvodstroy, the convoy was reorganized into a leased enterprise PMK-95. Five years later, it received a new status, and became a state enterprise for the construction and operation of reclamation and water management systems (PMS).

Since January 2004, the organization has been an open joint stock company and is part of OAO Holding Mogilevvodstroy.

OJSC "PMK-95.Vodstroy" serves 26,783 hectares of drained land. Closed drainage drained 18017 hectares in the region, mechanized water lifting - 1192 hectares.

Bilateral regulation of the water regime is organized on 479 hectares. The length of the drainage network is 8465 kilometers.
