The history of the development of Kirovskvodkhoz OJSC begins on January 3, 1969. Then, on the basis of the Bobruisk and Slavgorod mechanized sections, the Kirov PMK-14 of the reclamation repair and construction department was formed.

In 1990, PMK-14 was reorganized into the regional production association "Remvodekspluatatsiya", with its transfer to the Kirov operational site of the Bobruisk MUEP. In 2013 - it was renamed into OJSC "PMK - 97 Vodstroy".

Currently JSC "PMK - 97 Vodstroy" is engaged in maintenance of reclamation systems and structures in good condition in order to preserve and efficiently use reclaimed lands, to obtain stable crops and fodder crops on them.
