Anti-Corruption Action Plans

Since 2009, Mogilevvodstroy Holding Management Company OJSC has been developing and approving Anti-Corruption Action Plans every year since 2009.
Order No. 240 dated September 9, 2013 approved the current Regulations on the Anti-Corruption Commission, the same order determined the quantitative and personal composition of the commission.
1/3 of its composition is updated annually. The chairman of the commission is currently the deputy general director for mechanization Shapovalov Viktor Viktorovich, the secretary is the chief legal adviser Mordachev Dmitry Viktorovich.
Issues on combating corruption are considered at a meeting of the commission at least once every six months with the preparation of relevant protocols.
All directors are familiarized with the anti-corruption legislation, with the decisions of the anti-corruption commission, with the anti-corruption plan for 2014 and the current 2015, under their personal signature.
On October 15, 2014, the employees of the management company were familiarized with typical violations of the law revealed in the course of control activities.
The management company maintains and timely updates the lists of affiliates, when making transactions and concluding contracts, the presence of the interest of affiliates is checked.
As of 01/01/2015, close relatives are not directly subordinated to the organizations subordinate to the management company in labor relations.
When hiring directors of joint-stock companies, deputy general directors, chief specialists, information on the presence of a criminal record in the information center of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee, on the establishment of the fact of incapacity in respect of the audited persons in the courts at the place of residence, is required.
